The warm complex aroma of a freshly baked loaf of bread can be an utterly tantalizing experience, it brings a house to life and enriches every food it accompanies. Bread making and baking in general should be simple and most importantly fun.
Our bread making workshops will encourage you to have fun at home experimenting with your bread, our no-nonsense explanations will demystify the process thought by many to be a realm only for experienced artisans, we’ll talk you through the bread baking process, explaining each step along the way and it will allow you to replicate at home for the enjoyment of friends and family.
In all our workshops we explain step by step how to make that perfect loaf of authentic sourdough bread without commercial yeast or bread improvers and how easy it is to make this at home.
